Category A - I can't get into the game!
You get stuck while trying to load the game, usually at the loading screen or at the Facebook.
 
Tell us:
1. Where you are getting stuck?

Connecting to server.

 
2. What does it say on the screen?

Connection error.  There was a problem connecting to the game server.  The connection may have timed out. 

If the problem persists please contact the developers.

Windows was updated 3/26/16.  Reinstalled Firefox and Flash Player, both of which were updated prior to this problem.  Updated Nvidia drivers today to version 364.72 that was released yesterday.

I've cleared the cache and also deleted the cache in Flash Player as well.

Prior to this particular problem I had flash player crash twice while playing.  It crashed both times when I tried to go from my base to the map.  I managed to play for about 3 hours before any problems occurred.  I just started playing this last night and the game seems to have potential.  We'll see how this goes.

Considering my new player protection and other stuff is slowly ticking away, is there any way to send a ticket or do I need to wait on a response to the forums?  I tried disabling my firewall and then disabling AVG ... no joy. 

Also tried using IE with no success.

I am no longer having the issue bu I thought the information below could help try to pinpoint the problem.  I simply cleared the cache on Chrome (CTRL-SHIFT-DEL) and it worked.  I only cleared cookies, cached images and files and passwords to get this to work.

Category 'E', random disconnects.

 

1. I am doing normal things before the disconnect message appears. It happens randomly, usually near the loading, beginning, or end of the mission.

2. I am connected to Wifi via a home router.

 

Additional information:

My computer is recently restored by a friend of mine (And he apparently upgraded it to Windows 10 in the process). The game was fine before this event.

I have tried IE and Firefox, but the amount of disconnects I get does not change.

I have Avast antivirus (Avast Online Security add-on on IE)

Both browsers have Adblock Plus.

Network drivers updated, which probably solved a small portion of the problems.

Loading of the compound buildings, icons, and map seems slower than before the restoration (When I had Windows 8.1).

Browser cache cleared.

 

Specs:

Processor: AMD A^-4400M APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics 2.70 GHz

Installed RAM: 4.00 GB (3.44 usable)

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor.

 

 

Basic Information (didn't see this on the OP, I'll fill it out)

1. Computer specs above.

2. Windows 10

3. Internet Explorer and Firefox

4.Wifi, from home, via router.

5. Nope, this is a home private internet connection.

6. Avast Free Antivirus, as explained above

7. No download managers.

ISSUE:
Stuck on "LOADING YOUR GAME- Joining Game Instance"
Game shockwave plugin crashed while playing and on a Mission (PVE).  Ever since, on two different computers, the game will not load/ is stuck on the loading screen. Please help?

ISSUE:
Stuck on "LOADING YOUR GAME- Joining Game Instance" It won't let me get past loading screen for the past two hours. cleaned cache and everything already. i have friends who play and they can't access it either. I tried on fb and also on kongregate. very inconveniencing as its war time -___- 
kept popping up that i cannot connect to the server

I am stuck on the loading screen. How do you stop it? I am using a Toshiba Chromebook if that helps with info.

Category B. the game crashed.

1. First mission of the day. just logged in. Note: It is the new area maps.

2. one. always.

3. the screen froze for 30 seconds then the disconnect window pops up.

4. Firefox, Chrome, IE.

5. DZ is the only tab open.

Hello, my internet crashed today when I was playing the game. Now when I try and play, it keeps telling me I am already signed in on another browser. I am not. I have tried ending my chrome process, I tried to login on firefox and then back in on chrome and still keep getting the same message. I do not have avg installed on my pc. I also have a screen shot of the error message.

Category C - Lag
This could be a couple of things, it's either performance lag, or network lag. They're very different.
 
Tell us:
1. Does the lag happen when you do actions like recycling or construction?
2. Does the lag happen when you try to move a survivor?
3. Does the lag happen on certain maps?
4. Does the lag happen on ALL maps?

Category C.

1. no. it happens over the entire game. it lags as I am typing.

2. yes. It lags when I attempt to move anyone during all missions.

3. especially Union Island maps.

4. very rare on small maps, occasionally on big maps, all the time on Island.

extra info.

the lag gets progressively worse as time passes.

at a certain point the screen freezes and a window pops up saying " a script may be busy, or it may have stopped responding."

clicking stop script does not help, clicking cancel doesn't do a thing.

clicking debug script opens a window that does not respond.

by this point Firefox can only be closed by Task Manager, anything else fails.

"Connecting to Kongregate" P.S.: After trying to connect to Kongregate for the last 2 weeks without any success, I decided to start a new game on Armorgames and to my surprise, the game works fine there! So there is definitively something wrong with Kong... And it sucks big time to start all over again on AG!

Category E - Disconnected

You just get a disconnected message which happens randomly. Tell us:

 

1. What are you doing before the message happens?

Running missions. The disconnect happens within the first minute of the mission.

2. How are you connected to your internet?

Wireless router.

Just got in the game for the first time since this update. Disconnects, my worst enemy, yet again.

I believe this has something to do with the recent updates, and possibly my other disconnect issues in the past, if I am correct, this issue will subside in a few weeks, or when I clear my cache, like the others. However, it is annoying that I get disconnects with every major update the next time I go online to run missions. I have observed this disconnect trend with the majority of other major updates, including the Halloween 2015 update. This is truly annoying me.

 

It seems that every major update makes the game unstable until you clear your browser cache. I wouldn't want to lose my progress on the other games though...

 

EDIT: Relevant info;

Kongregate says I was disconnected from their chat/score servers too, but my Internet connection is fine, as I'm able to go here edit this post immediately afterwards. Sometimes it does this, as if the game's disconnection disconnected me from a (presumably?) totally different server.

I have been having problems entering and leaving residence missions.  I never get any loot cause I have to refresh, and the building is locked for cooldown time. Other then that, none of my resources are drained...

When I do missions, more often than not I complete mission and the loading screen does not finish. If I refresh, it goes back to my compound but shows I received no items or XP for my mission. This has happened 6 times today now.
