Hmmm I clearly remember that you were gonna try and have wolfhound banned because it was an ''exploit'' and now you are also calling it a tactic. 

 

I am not calling it a tactic. I said you should have argued to keep it around in the thread where it was mentioned

 

And i also never tried to get Wolfhound banned. You can ask Con if you dont believe me

 

 

 

Very interesting. Also very interesting how the time it takes for you to raid me went from 2 minutes to 6 minutes when reloading was disabled. 

 

totally makes sense since i actually started the thread on here to get rid of reload.....

Has there been looked into the possibilities of enlarging the compound map beyond the road? Or making it so that you can shoot/get shot at in smoke, but accuracy is reduced severely (75%-90%?)

 

This would allow raiders to spawn further out so that they don't get themselves directly into the firing range of the defenders.

 

And just reducing accuracy over making it completely impossible would mean that raiders can no longer use the smoke to completely 100% cover themselves. And if they want cover they'll have to fall back instead.

 

Of course, i'm not really "into" raiding, but i'm just wondering if these things have been looked over.

Can you please stop with the trolling this is a discussion regarding some PvP problems so kindly i ask you if your not gonna contribute to it in any sort of postive way can you please go elsewhere? If you have a personal problem or feel someone is cheating or exploiting please contact Con directly thanks!

Listen - I am advocating Maximum control of attackers. No insults.

 

We have automatic targeting / Shooting - we eliminated manually targeting under smoke

 

We have ONLY automatic reloading now - we eliminated ALL manual reloading (irritating starting a fire fight with less than 100% magazine)

 

I understand that the AI on defense does not respond correctly when certain commands are given to attackers, fix the AI instead of limiting out actions.

 

We are on a slippery slope toward the end of skilled raiding.

 

I have 2 videos here - the 1st Con has done nothing about & is clearly unfair - the 2nd I consider clean raiding, but Con eliminated it.

- telling attackers to hold fire

 

My suggestion is to eliminate automatic targeting (or make it an optional setting) - or make compounds larger

 

Or just make all raids simulations, like auto missions. (sarcasm)

 

Lancey - I completely missed that conversation, I wish I was a part of it.

Second video is a perfect example that with the right knowledge any player can beat any compound.

It is just an example for a split defense ... can be beaten with ease ... usually.

Gabacho, even if you consider it legit the way you used it in this video it can be used in other ways too.

 

You could just use it in the same way as in your melee video. all you got to do is survive the first smoke grenade and then target a building out of sight and your survivors will act exactly the same way as they would with equipped melees till u tell them otherwise. So basically melee exploit on steroids.

 

 

To me your second video might look okay to people because you used it very sparsely and dont have the best guns ingame.

But seems like a moot point to discuss now anyways since it is removed from game

  remove the melee video? lol melee exploit is  in dz for years every1 knows about it its not a secret or something.  just  people dont use it cuz they know its an exploit anyway.

you cant do that in my compound cuz i am  not stupid enough to put my flag close to  street so some noobs with melee will smoke it or smth :)  and ik most of dz knows about melee  exploit. its not something new

Also according to lancey and some other players bows are fair raiding becouse they was indeded to work like that. well melee was indeded to NOT take damage when under fire or even under supress :) so who knows maybe its not even an exploit as con wont fix it :))

Don't forget con also disabled the ability to throw grenades when reloading. 

 

Seriously what was the point of that.

Con got rid of my control over my attackers firing, but he has made it clear he does not mind melees working that way....

 

In addition - Con disabled manual reloading entirely, yet does not mind bows utilizing that very same game mechanic..

 

I run clean raids, I record almost all difficult ones... I would like to maintain the ability to run clean raids.

Gabacho .. Con is trying to fix a bug you used for so called "legit" raids and he said he will look into targeting under smoke again :)

Telling attackers to stop shooting is "legit", moreover we should have complete and total control over all of our attackers during the entire raid.

 

When spawning almost out of range on One Side Wonders... I hate it when my DE shoot first. I want them to start shooting when they are told to... not automatically.

 

If anything Con should ADD options for attackers, not take them away.

 

There are real problems with raiding not being addressed. - Good job on Cade suppression though, you got one right Con
