okay there should be a way to just send a ticket instead of going threw forums i think its really crazy how much u have to do to report something just make a support ticket booth or something like that like a mail box where we send what the problem is and how it is happening and who or what is making it happen just a thought

If you're detailed and not frivolous in your email, 2-3 business days.  Keep in mind that they're a small company and don't typically work weekends.

 

If you send in an undetailed report about how you disconnected and lost a unique -- probably never.
