I'm guessing you can say I took a very long extended vacation from the game. However, as I am not very active in the game I still largely enjoy the community and miss some of the fun people I met here.

I have created a fan server on the service known as Discord, think of it as a less complicated version of Team Speak. With it you can use voice chat (you don't need to there is the regular text chat) to talk with other people as well as easily post images. Most importantly, you can access it with a web browser, making the need to download the app less important.

 

I'm hoping that by doing this I can help connect former players who check on the game as well as current players to hang out and see people again.

Hmmm, try restarting it or downloading the phone app (if you've been using the mobile browser version).
It can also work on PC as well.

well i was using my phone for a mic and i was using the app in the first place

Have you considered getting a mic for your PC?

There are some good low priced USB ones (don't get the Blue Yeti).

i`m broke which is why I can`t buy a new mouse to play the game

Also Might I suggest Rain, Pro, and Ghost for modship? and maybe Zingman and MW3propiper if they ever show up in there?

I am very much considering that, though It would be great if Zingman could show up along with Matt UK along with some other high profile people.

I think this could be a way for those who aren't active or can't devote time to the game to be able to talk to old friends and others of the game.

 

Also great for newbies looking to learn from the vets should they join in on the fun as well.
