Was just wondering what site I should be playing on?
Are there any differences? What has the bigger playerbase?

Thanks :)

Armorgames.

It shares the server with facebook, but facebook tends to have more problems than armorgames.

It's also the biggest server.

Thanks! I'll probably start playing that rather than Kong. Is there any differences between the servers?

There is no difference between the servers (in terms of gameplay) between the Armor Games/Facebook server and the Kongregate server other than the larger playerbase on AG/FB.

The only other difference is in payment options for fuel/bundles.  AG/FB uses direct (cash) payments while Kong uses a secondary currency (kreds).   The costs when you run the numbers though, are exactly the same.

Many people prefer to not play on Facebook (and link their FB account), in which case AG or Kong both provide a greater/similar level of anonymity, so again it comes down the size of the playerbase.

Larger does not always equate to better though.   With a larger server the value of more common items is depressed, while the super rare actually cost more.   You'll also face stiffer competition in raiding (should you decide to pursue that) on a larger server.  On the other hand, with a larger server it's more likely that there will be a lot more people on in chat at all times of the day -- which may or may not be a draw to you.

It's really all up to you.

Thanks for the detailed reply! Will probably go with AG. Had an account on Kong from 2014 and it seems to be pretty dead from what it used to!
