Event traps are obviously limited.

 

Can the Miscellaneous buildings such as the hanging tree from Hallowe'en be bought how many times one wishes, if fuel amount

represents no problem and the event isn't over?

The Hanging Tree is limited to one per compound, the rest (both event or regular buildings) can be built as many times as you want, as far as I know.
Miscellaneous buildings that were part of an Event task ( such as the Shrine and the Beacon) are also built only once.
