The following are a few quick guidelines for posting issues related to Payments and Transactions within The Last Stand: Dead Zone.


In order for Con Artist Games staff to assist you as quickly as possible we ask that you.


1. Provide your User ID, located in the bottom left of the game page. If it is already in your profile, you won't need to show it here.

2. Give a detailed description of your issue including as much detail as you can with regards to time, error messages etc.


If your issue is related to a PayPal payment, please make your post and a staff member will follow up with you to gather your Transaction ID and email address used.


If your issue is related to a Facebook payment, please check your Facebook Credits balance as some offers made on Facebook will give you credits instead of Fuel.
