For reward incentives I think you should have 10 incentive 5 boosts and 5 gear/weapons at a locked price(war points) but obtained indevidually . So say if a piece of pvp armor/weapon is 10,000 war points people have to raid harder and save their war points for mulitiple rounds to obtain it and not the whole alliance. It would put a rpg style in the pvp system and not let an individual alliance member weasel an incentive with a measelly 10 to 20 war points. If this gets implemented , I would start raiding.
